The name of Dragonera comes from the word Dragon, that was associated with the shape that the island has from a specific viewpoint perspective.
There is an ancient Roman necropolis in the Es Lladó area, but there are no other signs of any historical permanent settling.
I have stood at the view point from where one can absorb this incredible spectacle as the sun begins to set over the island.
It certainly emotes a sence of the magic of creation itself. Just had to try and capture this as a witness to the power and beauty of God's love for us.
